How will you sort out the problem ?

Surgery is done to correct a hypospadias.

At surgery, three issues are addressed:

• The urinary tube is made to open on the glans,at the tip of the penis.
• The shaft of the penis is straightened.
• The foreskin is made to look normal. Some parents want the foreskin to be preserved and appear like an uncircumcised penis, while some opt for a circumcision to be done.
